Perfectly positioned for a beach holiday for up to 4 people where you can explore the delights of the beautiful Cape Peninsula, the vibrant V&A Waterfront, the City of Cape Town, Table Mountain, Kirstenbosch Gardens and the Constantia Winelands.

Wake up to the sound of the sea! The main bedroom has a king-size bed and en suite bathroom with a bath. The sliding doors flow onto the large balcony. The second bedroom has two single beds. The second bathroom has a shower.

The open plan dining & living room opens onto the balcony for al fresco meals with sea & mountain views and barbeque facilities, with outdoor furniture. The lounge has two couches, a TV, a DVD player with a selection of DVDs and free Wi-fi.

The fully-equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, wine fridge, a dishwasher, a tumble dryer and everything needed for an enjoyable stay! The Village complex has large top loader washing machines in the laundry.
The Village is a unique apartment complex with direct access to the beach. A naturally lit tropical atrium runs through the centre, leading to the large indoor heated swimming pool, which includes a shallow ramp entrance. There is 24-hour security and secure basement parking with lift access to the apartments.
The Village complex is in walking distance of a variety of excellent restaurants, cafés supermarkets, banks, arts & crafts shops and a gym. The Village complex is situated at the start of the spectacular Chapman’s Peak Drive. It is also on the ‘*MyCiti’ bus route.

*The ‘MyCiti’ bus route connects Hout Bay with the Atlantic seaboard, which includes Llandudno, Camps Bay, Sea Point, Cape Town’s V&A Waterfront and the city centre.
